Vivo T4 5G come with slim design and 256 GB of storage

Vivo T4 5G: The Vivo T4 5G is Vivo’s latest smartphone in its T-series range, design for the budget-conscious who would also like a little taste of 5G without compromising on design, display, or battery.

Vivo has made a name for itself in delivering feature-packed phones in the mid-tier, and the T4 5G attempts to continue that legacy.

T4 5G review: Display and Performance The T4 5G has a nice screen-to-body ratio, and it nails its specs on a 6.6-inch display with 1080 pixels in its long dimension — and really, the phone does so much and looks so good, I don’t miss a notch or a teardrop cutout.

The colors are sharp and I don’t notice any burn-in, though hours — not even a full workday — while playing with it isn’t enough to really test that.

It ticks a lot of the right boxes, whether you’re a student, one of the emerging middle class in a developing economy or someone stepping up from a 4G handset. Let’s break it down.

Design: Slim, Sleek, and Pretty Darn Premium

The Vivo T4 5G doesn’t feel like a phone that should fall under the budget segment.

It’s available in chic colors such as Midnight Blue and Crystal Silver, and features a matte-finished back that doesn’t collect fingerprints, and is easy to grip.

The dual camera arrangement is set in a raised rectangular frame, giving it a snazzy look.

It is slim and lightweight, measuring a mere 8.1 mm in thickness and weighing only approximately 185g.

The side fingerprint scanner is fast and unlike other button placements in the past been more tactile, adding to that feeling of robustness.

Vivo has done well to keep the phone looking minimalist without being over the top.

Display: Smooth and Immersive

It’s an awesome deal right now, but even at the full price, the T4 5G is offering a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth browsing, scrolling and playing experience.

Colours are punchy, viewing angles are decent and outdoor visibility holds up pretty well.

The bezels are thin and don’t hamper your viewing experience but you get a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera at the top.

It doesn’t come with an AMOLED panel, but the high refresh rate and sharp resolution more than make up for it — particularly at this price.

Vivo T4 5G

Performance: Good Enough for Daily Grind

The Vivo T4 5G runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, with 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage (expandable via microSD).

Precessor wise its efficiency is based with its speed and suitable for daily work or social media use or light to moderate gaming.

Switching between apps is snappy and there is almost no lag while opening most applications.

For casual titles like Call of Duty: Mobile and Asphalt 9, there are no frame drops even on medium settings thanks to the Adreno 619 GPU.

It is based on Funtouch OS atop Android 14 with a blend of customizations and optimizations. There is some bloatware, but it’s easily uninstalled.

Camera - Dose for everyday photo watching

For the photography, the T4 5G also rocks 50MP as the primary camera and 2MP depth snapper. Daylight photos are sharp and detailed, with accurate color and good contrast.

HDR works better here than on earlier T-series models, and portrait shots deliver good background separation.

Low-light photos appear decent with Night Mode enabled, but there’s some visible noise and loss of detail.

The 16MP front-facing camera does well with selfies in good lighting, and it’s more than good enough for video calls and Instagram stories.

Battery & Charging: Ready all day long

Providing the juice to the T4 5G is a 5000mAh battery, which has no trouble powering the phone through a day, especially if you leave the 120Hz setting enabled.

It’s fit for all areas of life, whether you’re streaming and gaming, or just scrolling and calling — and it has enough to take you from morning to night without dying too soon.

It also has 44W fast charging, which can get the phone from 0% to 50% of a full charge in around 30 minutes: pretty useful when you’re in a hurry.

Pros:

Sleek looking; Slim design

Smooth 120Hz FHD+ display

But the performance was mostly reliable for the Snapdragon 695.

5000mah high capacity battery with typical 18w fast charger.

Good enough primary camera for day to day usage

Cons:

No AMOLED display

Performance of the camera in low light is okay

Bloatware from the Start in Funtouch OS

No stereo speakers

Vivo T4 5G: Verdict: A Decent 5G All-Rounder For The Money

The Vivo T4 5G isn’t offering to change the budget segment overnight—but it gets the essentials right, and at least adds a bit of a shine to proceedings.

It’s a trusty option for anyone who doesn’t mind living without 5G but wants to maintain a level of reliable 5G performance at a reasonable cost, though, with a sharp screen, slick performance, capable battery and good design.

If you want a phone which gives you style, speed and practicality, without going completely over the top, then the T4 5G is a perfect choice.
